Agreement to terms
By accessing and using metronyxai.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms are between you and Cyber Phoenix LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 11649523), trading as Metronyx AI.
Services
Metronyx AI provides AI Search Optimization services including audits, consulting, and ongoing optimization. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or service agreement.
Free AI Visibility Audit
Our free audit is provided as-is with no guarantee of specific outcomes. The audit report contains our analysis and recommendations based on publicly available information at the time of the audit. It does not constitute a binding service agreement.
Paid services
Paid engagements are governed by the specific service agreement provided before work begins. Key terms:
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
- Payment is processed via Stripe
- Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month
- One-time projects require a deposit before work begins
- No long-term lock-in contracts. Either party can end a retainer with 30 days written notice
Intellectual property
All content on this Site (text, design, code, graphics, tools) is owned by Cyber Phoenix LTD unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.
Work produced for clients during paid engagements becomes the client’s property upon full payment, unless the service agreement states otherwise.

The free tools on this site (Schema Generator, Meta Tag Analyzer, Keyword Density Checker) are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about their accuracy or availability. Use the output at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Metronyx AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or services
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose
- We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, or AI citation results

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
- Scrape or automatically collect data from the Site without permission
- Submit false information through our forms
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
